The Body Composition Membership is a 7 month commitment to track all aspects of your body composition. 

Month 1

In month one you will get a DEXA Scan, a 3D body map, and a Bioelectrical impedance Scan. Together these give the most complete and thorough analysis of all aspects of your body composition available anywhere. 

Months 2-3

Then in months two and three you will get an update of your composition focusing on changes, and accounting for differences in muscle mass, fat mass and water weight. You will also get a 3d scan update. 

How do we track between DEXA Scans?

With the body composition membership, you will get a bioelectrical Impedance scan (BIA) and a 3D scan when you come in for your DEXA.

While bioelectrical impedance on its own can vary in its accuracy, when you take it with a DEXA, we can effectively ‘calibrate’ the BIA so that we know just how far out it is. It also allows us to break down the ‘Lean Mass’ from the DEXA into meaningful divisions of Extracellular Water, Intracellular Water and Skeletal Muscle Mass.

Then, between DEXAs you can come in each month for a BIA and a 3D Scan. This will effectively allow you to track progress on your goals, so we can adjust the plan.

The body composition membership means you get a monthly check-in on all aspects of your body composition, every month, for the 7 months that the membership runs.
